Samaira Fernando, a CIS student, is one of Sri Lanka’s leading young tennis athletes, competing prominently across the Under-14 and Under-16 regional and national circuits. Her recent achievements include:

• 111th Colombo Tennis Championships (July/August 2026): Crowned Girls’ Under-16 Singles Champion.
• Negombo Tennis Club All Island Tournament: Delivered a dominant double victory, securing both the Under-14 Girls’ Singles Championship and the Under-14 Girls’ Doubles Championship.

Her consistent success across both age categories highlights her exceptional talent, competitive strength, and continued growth as one of the country’s promising young tennis players.
